Cairns Hand Clinic is a locally owned and operated therapy service for people with hand, wrist and elbow injuries. Since it’s establishment in 2008, Cairns Hand Clinic has offered expert care to patients both young and old living in Cairns and the surrounding communities of Far North Queensland. Our team are experienced in treating patients of all ages and across a broad range of industries and sporting groups.
Expert Care
Our Hand Therapy team are dedicated to the study and practice of Hand and Upper Limb (HUL) Rehabilitation. At a minimum, each Hand Therapist holds an Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy university degree, is engaged in rigorous professional development specific to HUL Rehabilitation and is passionate about evidence-based practice. Each of our therapists is a member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA). Our team is committed to ongoing education and regularly deliver teaching and training to visiting students and therapists in our clinic.
